421 Phthalo Green Available in 7mm.		Transparent/Translucent WYSIWYG Copper Green Color Description: Beautiful and pleasing green-blue transparent color leaning toward the green side of 531 Teal. Properties: Medium high color saturation, translucent, luster. Working characteristics: Must be worked in a neutral to oxidizing flame to avoid red streaks from copper. Tips: A great bead and sculptural color. Color is weak when used in thin stringers.


436 Dark Emerald Available in 7mm.		Transparent/Translucent WYSIWYG Copper Green Color Description: Dark green. Properties: Medium color saturation, transparent, WYSIWYG. Working characteristics: Must be worked in a neutral to oxidizing flame to avoid red streaks from copper. Tips: A great bead and sculptural color. Color does not hold up well in thin stringers. Can reduce this color on purpose to create red highlights.

Working characteristics: Work in a neutral flame. Do not garage in kiln at temperatures over 1080ºF Tips: This color develops beautiful red streaks in a reducing flame, which simulates a turquoise stone.

447 Spanish Moss Available in 7mm.		Opal WYSIWYG Turquoise Color Description: Enchanting mossy, gray-green earth tone that is great for solid color coil-pots and sculptural work. Properties: High color saturation, opal, WYSIWYG. Working characteristics: Work in a neutral flame. Do not garage in kiln at temperatures over 1090ºF and avoid extended garage times. Tips: Working hard can give some additional dark lines and character to the work piece.


4484 Clover Chameleon Available in 7mm.		Opal Polychromatic Color Description: Grass green rod that develops multiple color highlights due to silver content. Properties: High color saturation, opal, luster. Working characteristics: Work in a neutral flame. Do not garage in kiln at temperatures over 1080ºF and avoid extended garage times. Tips: After swirling or raking on color, strike in back of flame prior to annealing.


4578 Rainforest Sparkle Available in 7mm.		Sparkle Color Description: Deep forest green. Properties: High color saturation, translucent, WYSIWYG. Working characteristics: Work in a neutral flame. 4838 Dragon's Eye Available in 7mm.		Transparent/Translucent Color Description: This is a Carnival Royale, with more emphasis on reds and copper-metalics, and more control over the silver strike. Possessing a transparent green base, it transmits a beautiful green light. It is the best Carnival that Henry has ever made. If you have only one Carnival on your shelf, this is the most exotic one to have. Properties: Transparent, translucent, striking-luster. Working characteristics: Consider working first in a hot neutral flame. This will help to prevent muddying the copper and silver properties. Then use a reducing flame to bring out the reds and metallic surface treatments available. Tips: Experiment by using clear frit or dots over Dragon's Eye before reducing the surface.

Opal Polychromatic/Sparkle Color Description: Contains sparkle in addition to silver and is very popular with those desiring a rainbow of colors with a sparkle effect. Properties: High color saturation, translucent/opal, luster & sparkles. Working characteristics: Because of high silver levels, must be worked in hot neutral to oxidizing flame to avoid silver haze. Tips: The sparkle is most pronounced when it is thinned, covered in clear or used for inside work.


489 Aquatic Carnival Available in 7mm & frit.		Opal Polychromatic Color Description: The green in 489 comes from un-reduced copper. If reduced, however, the copper produces a range of colors from orange to salmon and red, as well as silver-based hues. The color is in your hands. Properties: Medium high color saturation, translucent, striking-luster. Working characteristics: Work hot in neutral to oxidizing flame. Let cool, strike in back of flame. This color can also be preworked in reducing flame, gathered, pulled out, and then used. Tips: Contains nuclei to enhance the effects from striking. Metallic luster will differ depending on flame chemistry. High copper levels can also be reduced to red.
